KiwKiw – AI Messaging Platform

1. Introduction

This page explains how users may request deletion of their personal data from KiwKiw.

KiwKiw provides AI-powered messaging automation services for businesses that connect their Meta (Facebook Messenger) Pages to our platform.

Users have the right to request deletion of their data as described below.

2. Business Account Holders (Platform Users)

If you created a KiwKiw account and connected your Facebook Page, you may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at:

After verifying your identity, we will:

  • Delete your account information
  • Remove stored OAuth tokens
  • Remove connected Facebook Page credentials
  • Delete stored configuration data
  • Delete associated conversation data where applicable

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.

3. Messenger End Users (Customers Interacting with a Page)

If you have interacted with a business using a KiwKiw-powered chatbot:

KiwKiw processes conversation data on behalf of the business Page owner.

To request deletion of your conversation data, you may:

with:

  • The name of the Facebook Page
  • Approximate date of interaction
  • Your Messenger display name (if available)

We will coordinate with the Page owner to process the deletion request.

4. Removing KiwKiw from Your Facebook Account

You may revoke KiwKiw’s access to your Facebook account at any time by:

  • Going to Facebook Settings
  • Navigating to Apps and Websites
  • Selecting KiwKiw
  • Clicking “Remove”

Revoking access prevents further data access but does not automatically delete stored data. You must submit a deletion request as described above.

5. What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on the request type, deletion may include:

  • Account registration data
  • Authentication tokens
  • Connected Page credentials
  • Conversation records
  • Metadata associated with messaging activity
  • Uploaded files stored in cloud storage

Certain security logs may be retained for a limited period if required for legal or security purposes.
